How much is delivery?

Vorrei Italian Hampers offers both a UK and European delivery service.

The prices displayed on our website already include FREE courier delivery to a UK mainland address. All packaging/wrapping and gift cards are also included in the price.

For non-UK mainland addresses please see the additional delivery charges below:

Scottish Highlands £16.15

Scottish Islands £18.63

Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight -£18.63

Channel Isles – £18.63

Northern Ireland – £16.15

Republic of Ireland – £17.39

These charges will appear automatically when you enter the postcode of your delivery address.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 2pm (Monday-Friday) are normally dispatched on the same day.  All orders placed after 2pm will normally be dispatched the following day for delivery. Orders placed on a Friday (after 2pm ) or at the weekend are dispatched on the following Monday. 

Orders received on the day before a Bank/Public Holiday will be dispatched on the following working day for delivery on the subsequent working day.

Hampers containing cheese or fresh food cannot be shipped on a Friday unless Saturday Delivery is selected. All orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday for cheese or fresh food will be shipped on the following Monday.


How long will my delivery take?

Free delivery to mainland UK normally takes just 24 hours.

Delivery to non-UK mainland destinations listed above normally takes 48 hours.

Delivery to Europe takes 3-5 days depending on the country.


Can I choose a specific date for delivery?

If you would like to select a specific delivery date (Monday to Friday) for your hamper you can do this during the check out process. Saturday deliveries will incur an additional cost. We will aim to deliver your parcel on, or just before your chosen date. Please note however that any dates quoted for delivery are intended to be an estimate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery of products however incurred.


Which courier company do you use?

Your order will be dispatched to you (or your recipient) with UK Mail.

Please provide us with your/your recipient’s mobile telephone number and email as UK Mail will advise you of your delivery slot which you can change if necessary. If you think that you or your recipient may not be at home to accept the delivery, please advise us of a safe place to leave the parcel or give details of a neighbour who could accept the parcel. You can do this by filling in the ‘special instructions’ box on the checkout page.


Can you deliver to another address or to multiple addresses?

You can arrange delivery to your workplace or to a neighbour if it’s more convenient. It is also possible to send hampers to multiple addresses.

Please note that we can’t accept responsibility for addresses which are provided incorrectly]


What about perishable hampers?

If you have ordered a cheese hamper from us please make sure that you will be at home to receive the delivery or leave instructions for the parcel to be left in a suitable place until you get home.


Picking up your order

You can certainly collect your hamper(s) from us but you still need to order in advance. Please call our Sales Office on 01799 615069 for further details.
