What’s inside our Vin Santo and Cantuccini Hamper:

Tuscan Almond Cantuccini Biscuits IGP (200g) Almond Cantuccini are the most traditional and well known of all Tuscan biscuits, often enjoyed dipped into a glass of Vin Santo (traditional Tuscan sweet wine) creating a marriage of great harmony!
Carefully made with first quality ingredients including flour, sugar, eggs, honey and particularly almonds (23%), these Cantuccini now have certified PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) status.

Metinella Amen Vin Santo DOC (0.375ml) Vin santo wines are known to have been made since at least the Middle Ages, and have become a traditional part of Tuscan life. They are offered as a welcoming drink to house guests, and are often enjoyed as a dessert with Cantucci biscuits.  Metinella’s Vin Santo is sweet, warming and persistent. It has aromas of dried fruit, honey and spices. This is an excellent “vino da meditazione” or sipping wine; it pairs well with all types of biscuits as a dessert wine and can also be enjoyed with herbed cheeses served with fruit preserves and mostarda. Blend: Malvasia 60%, Trebbiano 20%, Grechetto 20% Alcohol: 17.5%   Year: 2009

All products are carefully wrapped and presented in a strong gift box which is hand-tied with a bright ribbon. A gift message option is available at the checkout. Please note that if we are out of stock of any item we reserve the right to substitute it with the most similar available item.
