Where do you deliver to?
At present we offer a UK only delivery service through DPD. Delivery to Europe and beyond is temporarily suspended due to new Brexit rules.
How much is delivery?
The prices displayed on our website already include FREE standard courier delivery (2-3 days) to a UK mainland address from Monday to Friday.
Next day courier delivery to UK Mainland is £7.50. The cut off time for placing orders for next day delivery is 1pm Monday to Thursday.
Saturday or Sunday delivery is £14.50 and should be selected if you need the hamper to be delivered at the weekend.
We also offer delivery before 10.30am for UK mainland addresses at a cost of £11.50

*Important New Information regarding shipping to EU countries:
Your recipient may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee in the receiving country before they can claim the parcel. These charges will depend on the country they live in and the value of the item and if it is a gift.
Customs charges: items sent from Great Britain to the EU are subject to VAT and duties in the EU as follows:
Until 1 July 2021, commercial goods sent to the EU with a value between €10* and €150 may be subject to import VAT and may incur a handling fee in the receiving country.
Commercial goods sent to the EU over €150 may attract VAT, customs duties and a handling fee.
Excise duty: is chargeable in addition to customs charges for certain products (i.e. alcohol).
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 1pm (Monday-Friday) are normally dispatched on the same day. All orders placed after 1pm will normally be dispatched the following day for delivery. Orders placed on a Friday (after 1pm ) or at the weekend are dispatched on the following Monday.
Orders received on the day before a Bank/Public Holiday will be dispatched on the following working day for delivery on the subsequent working day.
Hampers containing cheese or fresh food cannot be shipped on a Friday unless Saturday or Sunday Delivery is selected. All orders placed after 1pm on a Thursday for cheese or fresh food will be shipped on the following Monday.
How long will my delivery take?
Standard Courier Delivery to mainland UK takes 2-3 days.
Free delivery to mainland UK normally takes just 24 hours.
Delivery to non-UK mainland destinations listed above normally takes 48 hours.
Delivery time to Europe depends on the country (please see zones above).
Can I ship hampers to multiple addresses?
Yes, we can do this for you. Please include one of the delivery addresses in the space provided when you place your order and then send us an email (to firstname.lastname@example.org) with your order number and the additional delivery addresses/gift messages/delivery dates (if applicable). We will contact you to confirm that the information is clear.
Can I choose a specific date for delivery?
If you would like to select a specific delivery date (Monday to Friday) for your hamper you can do this during the check out process. Saturday and Sunday deliveries will incur an additional cost which you will need to select when you check out.
We will aim to deliver your parcel on, or just before your chosen date. Please note however that any dates quoted for delivery are intended to be an estimate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery of products however incurred.
Which courier company do you use?
Your order will be dispatched to you (or your recipient) with DPD.
Please provide us with your/your recipient’s mobile telephone number and email as DPD will contact you/your recipient to confirm the delivery. If you think that you or your recipient may not be at home to accept the delivery, please advise us of a safe place to leave the parcel or give details of a neighbour who could accept the parcel. You can do this by filling in the ‘special instructions’ box on the checkout page.

What about perishable hampers?
If you have ordered a cheese/salami hamper from us please make sure that you will be at home to receive the delivery or leave instructions for the parcel to be left in a suitable place until you get home.
Picking up your order
